Key Differentiators: Indonesia Talent Norm
The norm group is built from ±92.000 data points from more than 2.400 professionals, in which 1.550 of them are talents, as part of our Founder and CEO’s PhD research at the University of Glasgow (UK).
The data spans across various ranges of age, tenure, role, function, educational background and positional level. The talents come from more than 20+ companies, both global corporations and local conglomerates, in Indonesia and several other countries. The industry covered spans from FMCG, transportation, oil and gas, pharmacy, banking, financial services, higher education, property development, manufacturing until technology.
